Del Rey Tortilleria, Inc. of Chicago announced a recall of its flour tortillas due to health risks. Children in a local school experienced vomiting, nausea and cramps, and it is believed their illness was a result of ingesting contaminated tortillas.

These products have been distributed nationwide. State officials have said that they do not believe this involves microbial contamination. Del Rey is said to be taking every precaution by recalling the tortillas. Click on the link for a complete list of the recalled products. If you believe you have one or more of these products, return to the store from which it was purchased for a complete refund.
