If you have any Robert's American Gourmet brand Veggie Booty in your home, the FDA is recommending that you get rid of it right away. It is feared that the product may be contaminated with Salmonella, which causes gastrointestinal illness.

Apparently, Veggie Booty is sold in a flexible plastic foil bag in four ounce, one ounce, and one-half ounce packages. To add to the problem the defective product is often ingested by children who are, of course, more vulnerable to illnesses. If you have consumed the product and are experiencing any symptoms, you should seek medical attention right away.
