Two people died in unrelated automobile accidents in Kansas on Tuesday. Eldon L. Baily, 49 of Whitewater died due to a collision while he was driving a GMC pickup.

He was driving eastbound but went left off the center of the road and collided with oncoming traffic. The driver of the other vehicle survived. Within 45 minutes of the previous accident, Joshua D. Baughn, 19 of Humboldt, lost his life in a head-on collision in Allen County. In this incident Baughn was driving northbound when he also crossed the center line and collided with southbound traffic.
